The agreement currently sits at letters of intent, not binding contracts, so the headline figure describes a multi-year ambition rather than committed spend.<\/p>\n<h2>What this means for your business<\/h2>\n<p>Your AI infrastructure vendor just became your AI infrastructure. The pattern here isn&#8217;t Nvidia selling chips to a customer; it&#8217;s Nvidia co-designing memory with SK Hynix, co-building factories with SK Telecom, and taking a position in how that capacity gets monetized through cloud revenue-sharing. If your architecture runs on Nvidia today, the question isn&#8217;t whether this partnership affects you. It&#8217;s how much of your stack you&#8217;re willing to have optimized specifically for Nvidia&#8217;s roadmap, because that optimization cuts both ways.<\/p>\n<p>The HBM co-development piece deserves more attention than the gigawatt numbers.
