Intezer revenue triples as enterprise AI security expands

Intezer is betting that enterprise security teams have crossed from AI experimentation into operational commitment, and its first-half 2026 numbers back that claim: revenue tripled year-over-year as large organizations in financial services and regulated industries expanded deployments. The company launched four platform additions, including Custom Agents, an organizational memory system called Org Brain, and native workflow automation, positioning the whole stack as a direct replacement for legacy SOAR tools rather than an add-on to them.

What this means for your business

The SOAR replacement claim is where this gets pointed. If Intezer’s framing holds, the question for any security operations center running a separate orchestration layer isn’t whether AI assistants are useful at the margin, it’s whether the entire automation architecture needs to be rebuilt around AI rather than patched with it. SOC teams that have already invested heavily in SOAR customization are the ones most exposed to that argument, and also the ones most likely to dismiss it.

The “fewer than 2% of alerts escalated to humans” figure deserves scrutiny before it lands in a board presentation. That number is self-reported by a vendor that, selling into the channel through a new MSSP program, has clear incentive to frame autonomy as mature and safe. The meaningful question isn’t the escalation rate in isolation but what’s inside that 2%: whether the alerts that do escalate are the hardest ones or just the ones the model flags as uncertain. Intezer’s named customers, Nvidia, Equifax, and MGM Resorts among them, give the claim credibility, but a CISO adopting this posture in a regulated environment still needs to audit the miss rate, not just the escalation rate.

The leading indicator here is the channel push. When a security vendor launches a formal MSSP program with a dedicated VP of Global Channels, it signals that direct enterprise sales have validated the product enough to scale indirectly. That’s actually the moment to pay attention, not the revenue headline. If MSSPs start bundling Intezer as a default SOC backbone, the SOAR consolidation argument stops being a vendor pitch and starts being a procurement reality your next renewal cycle will reflect.
